Kitchen: Exclusively for guests use: two stoves, four refrigerators, and is equipped with all utensils necessary to prepare your own meals. Posted guidelines help to maintain its convenient usage by all the guests. Mornings – Coffee and tea provided.

Dining Terrace: Can seat up to 30 persons. Tables and chairs can be arranged for needs of guests. It's located at the very front of the casa overlooking the whole Yelapa panorama below: village, river mouth, beaches, boat dock, Yelapa cove, Banderas Bay, the Marietas islands, and the rugged mountains as a backdrop.

Roof Terrace: 2000 sq feet overlooking the same scenic panorama described above, partially shaded under the palapa roof. Guests can relax, sunbathe, exercise (we have yoga mats), read or write, paint, meditate, play music, and even take your meals here. Guests gather here in the evenings to chat and enjoy the night-time village scene & cove below, spectacular when the moon is full.

Internet Wi-Fi service: there is access to a house computer and also feel free to bring your laptops, keep in touch with those that you love, or a relaxed eye on business whilst taking in the panoramic views of Yelapa and the Bay of Banderas. A tropical luxury not to be missed!

Laundry Service: reasonable rate $20 pesos per kilo.

10 guest rooms available on three levels with 7 double beds, 11 single beds, five bathrooms (two private baths, three shared baths), please see below for detailed descriptions.

LOWER CASA LEVEL: Three rooms share this quiet and tucked away annex.

Room #1: A serene medium sized space to have alone or share with your partner, this is one of the most loved rooms of the house, quiet with large screened windows looking out over the trees and sea, it has 1 double bed with a shared bathroom.

Room #2: Quiet, small room with 2 single beds and shared bathroom.

Room #3: Another popular room, small with 1 double bed – views over looking the bay of Yelapa and lush vegetation, shared bathroom.

MAIN CASA LEVEL: 3 conventional rooms with jungle, ocean, & mountain views, access via main hallway where there is also 1 large communal bathroom.

Room #5: The largest room with private bath, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, spacious and comfy.

Room #6: 2nd largest room with private bath, one double bed, 2 single beds which can be pushed together if desired, has access door to room #7, very comfortable.

Room #7: Small with 2 single beds has an access door to Rm #6, ideal for children with parents occupying Rm #6. Uses large shared bathroom in hallway.

UPPER CASA LEVEL: Four rooms share one bathroom on upper terrace. Access is by both inside & outside stairs to a 2000 square feet roof terrace overlooking the jungle, mountains, bay, river valley, ocean, main beach and the small village below.

Room #9: Small, conventional room with 2 single beds that can be connected to make a King, if you wish. The room is quiet and located to the rear of the casa.  It has jungle, mountain and ocean views.

Room #10: Small room with large screened windows, 1 double bed. Opens onto the roof terrace & has views of jungle, mountains, cove, ocean, village, main beach and river mouth.

Room #11: Small, conventional room with 1 double bed & 1 single bed. It has views of jungle, mountains, cove, ocean, beach and village.

Room #12: Rustic native palapa (palm-thatched roof) elevated above the roof terrace, 1 double bed, in a typical jungle tapanco (loft). Young couples love it, very rustic & romantic as it stands alone above the roof terrace, not connected to any other rooms, overlooking the jungle, mountains, cove and ocean on one side and the village, beach and river mouth on the other side.

Please note: In some rooms 2 single beds may be connected to form 1 king-size if desired.
